Procedure
A letter requesting permission to visit the selected power station should be addressed to the Deputy General Manager whose contact details are as given below, at least two weeksprior to the date of visit.The following information should be indicated in the request letter.

NIC No of participants
Contact telephone/fax number of the party requesting to visit
Address of the party requesting to visit
The party may ensurewhether permission has been granted before the date of the visit from below indicated telephone numbers, if no letter of permission has been received by the party until two days before the visit.
